Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Tracking updates typically appear 3–5 days after dispatch.

Delays

During high-demand seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen customs delays, delivery times may be extended. Ola Mi is not responsible for delays once parcels are in transit, but we’ll always assist with tracking and support.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. Ola Mi cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
